One of the framers actually came out on Saturday to try to get a little
ahead of the job. We couldn't have asked for a better day, this is probably
the best weather we've had all year. Lyle is taking advantage of it to
cut out the existing pony wall supporting the old rafters over the
foyer and put in a new
one that will support the new rafters as well and give me a nailing surface
that will be straight all the way up.
